Magic Wok in Monroe

Just went here, there were bugs everywhere inside and, they used their bare hands when putting rice into the containers and for ice in cups, Do not suggest, also they are very rude and unprofessional. Go to the Toledo locations or lambertville, this is not the true magic wok and is owned by different people, Toledo is 100 percent better.. give them 5 stars

Food was disgusting!!! dirty!!! Its called Magic Wok but its the not Magic Wok chain restaurant! Its false advertising NASTY!!!!! 30.00 wasted!!!!

You get what you pay for - very inexpensive sesame chicken at $5.50, but even that low of a price couldn't get me to go back for more. I couldn't even finish the small portion of "sesame" chicken they provided, it was that bad. If you're looking for a good Chinese restaurant, try the one across the street.

Messed up order drove back with the wrong item and was told I was lying. Why would someone waste their time and gas and bring the food back if they was lying. Very rude !!!

This place was amazing! They supplied our fundraiser at school with the BEST EGG ROLLS EVER and at the last minute. Even with the last minute phone call, the owner was kind and ever-so helpful! I am just in awe of the professionalism, kindness, and quality of the service and food we received. Thank you so much!

Lan and family are wonderful and they never messed up an order. I like their business and good food. :) The portion are adequate if you need more your a pig. I ALWAYS have left over cause they give so much. I just like that they dont mess up my order. and furthermore they are NOT american they are Chinese and they make it to order all you have to do is ASK

New to the area always went to Panda Express, I'll start back going there. This food was fair no taste slightly greasy no onions or bean spouts WHAT! Come on! These were frozen vegetables thrown into some soy sauce and rice!

Girlfriend ordered me some sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice and came back with only chicken fried rice. When I called them they denied having record of the sweet and sour chicken order. Then when I ask if they had a chicken fried rice order he said he did not have that on record either and accused me of lying when I have a LARGE ORDER OF CHICKEN FRIED RICE SITTING IN FRONT OF ME! Will not be returning that's for sure. Ps. The fried rice that I did have was terrible.

Went for lunch while working in the area. The man there at drive thru gave me half white rice with the other half of rice being coated with a brown sauce. G-R-O-S-S. disappointed will not return.

Just went to the Monroe Location and the Cashier working the Drive thru was great. Very thorough and made sure our order was correct by reading it back to us at the speaker and then again at the window. His name was Romeo and that guy deserves a raise!!

I've eaten here once and I'll never go back. I ordered shrimp fried rice and half the rice was overcooked while the other half was unbelievably under-cooked and it all smelled and tasted heavily of peanut oil.

Love their food! Friendly service. Owners are great people! Always eager to please customers. Making me hungry just thinking about it. Wish they delivered though.

Magic Wok is awesome, and one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location has really been slipping lately. I've had to wait at least ten minutes in the drive-thru line several times recently, and they have repeatedly forgotten or left out entire components of meal deals (including egg rolls and crab rangoons), leaving us feeling robbed. I love your restaurant, but I'll stop eating at this location if things don't improve with the staff's performance. I'm sorry to have to say this.

I have been going here since I was a teenager and I am now 40! I always get sweet and sour chicken and never once have I been disappointed 💜

I have went here for years but very disappointed, for quite awhile! Your portions have shrunk! A lot not sure it's worth the money! Sorry but have been wanting to say this for awhile. Went tonight and our portions were even smaller then last time! Had chicken Lomaine and my Husband ordered ABC almond chicken. And egg rolls( still think you have the best egg rolls) they haven't shrunk yet!

STAY AWAY!! Went in to order some Chinese food. PLACE was FILTHY and disorganized. I will NEVER order food from some place that can't even keep their lobby clean. Can't even imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. GROSS!!! P.S. when a place is CASH ONLY that is a RED FLAG. 👎👎👎
